This is the bow of an old boat that was stranded on the side of the docks down in Portishead. On a side note, there's a cool pier there that I know would be one of the first places I visit once I eventually get a DSLR. 10 or 20 minute exposures under the moonlight on a pier just like Bob and John take? Yes please!
