Bristols old Corn Exchange, there's a clock on the outside of this building with two minute hands. One for Bristol time, the other for London time... it wasn't until 1880 that Grenwich Mean Time was the standard across the UK. Before that, Bristol was about 11 minutes ahead of London.

You're as valid a judge as any I say! I do agree to some respects, but the lights shining on this place are soooo yellow that it's impossible to tone it down without making the picture look false. So If I had a choice I would try toning it down.
